Pre-Listing Services

Prior to listing your home we will obtain all documents available from the respective county, such as deeds, restrictive covenants, surveys and property cards. We will review your documents and prepare a Competitive Market Analysis for your property.
Unless you have a preference, we select a listing agent to meet with you that specializes in your area. At that time, a walk-through of your home will take place and parties will discuss optional improvements and key selling points. A presentation will be given which showcases a custom marketing plan for your property.

We will overview comparable sold, active and pending properties. The market analysis will be explained and you, along with your Preferred Properties agent will be able to asses a strategic selling price for you home.
We will explain the nuances of the listing contract, agency disclosure, residential property disclosure and other documents. These forms will be reviewed and authorize us to get started on Day 1 of the selling timeline!
